HopeStage brings together the French non-profit association Les Étapes de l’Espoir and the impact company HopeStage. The association supports people living with bipolarity and their loved ones; the company advises organizations on mental health and helps fund the wider social mission.
The two entities have distinct legal forms and activities within one mission-led ecosystem.

HopeStage site content—including the 5-minute Journal, text, visual assets and psychoeducational resources—is protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Reproduction or distribution without prior authorization is prohibited unless a separate licence expressly permits it.

Association memberships, donations and publications.
The association does not sell health services. Its financing includes memberships, donations and mission-aligned publications and resources.
- Memberships and donations: the association is recognized as being of general interest; eligible donors may benefit from a tax reduction under the law in force
- The 5-minute Journal: a recovery-oriented tool published by the association, with VAT included where applicable
- Purchases through third-party platforms, including Amazon, are also governed by the third party’s ordering, delivery and return terms
03 · General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Organizational services.
Purchasing a HopeStage consulting engagement or service constitutes acceptance of the applicable order, proposal, statement of work and these general conditions. Where a signed project agreement conflicts with this public summary, the signed agreement governs that engagement.
- Payment is due immediately upon order unless the parties agree otherwise in writing
- Scope, deliverables, responsibilities, timing and fees are defined for each engagement
- Privacy, consent, participant compensation, data handling and approval responsibilities are agreed before relevant work begins
- Study performance depends on protocol, eligibility criteria, geography, burden, timing, approvals, site follow-up and budget; HopeStage does not guarantee recruitment or enrolment
